"Had a horrible experience with this company. Placed an order on Dec. 2, contacted the site after a week to inquire about when it would ship - got no reply. Days go by so I contact them again, and once again I got no reply. A shipping label is printed on the 14th, but it is not rendered to the PO until the 16th. According to their facebook page - they said they contacted everyone who had emailed them (um, no) and that the shipping would be upgraded (again, no). Horrible company. I will never order from them again."
