Terrible Customer Service

"I purchased a dress from Bebe.com. Upon receiving it, I realized the dress was spandex and did not look as pictured online. I did not even try the dress on and returned it in the original packaging. I called their customer service a week after the tracking information showed the package was delivered and was informed they had not received it. I also sent an email to their customer service with no response. I then called again over a week later to confirm they had received my return. I was then informed I would not receive a refund due to an alleged stain they found on the dress. Since I had not tried it on and barely took it out of the package, I knew this was untrue. I asked if the bag had anything on it when they received the return. The customer service agent stated it went to a different department and she didn't know. This is completely ridiculous. I will NEVER order from this company again."

Never buy anything from bebe

"I will never buy anything from bebe.
Brought a black coat at bebe on 25 Nov. But the size didn't fit me so I shipped them back before the 21 days policy expired.
However, they refused to refund me and claimed that the coat was dirty.
Since I had double checked the coat several time which I think it was perfect, I asked the costumer service to send me some pictures to convince me.
After waiting for ages, I didn't get any response until I sent a email to you guys yesterday. They said they had included the photo attachment in this email as a proof that the Belted Wrap Midi Coat arrived in poor condition.

THE SILLY THING!!!!!!!!!!!! Is, the coat I bought was in black color, but they sent me a picture of a grey coat!!!!? Are you kidding me?????

The worst thing is they just shipped back the product without letting me know the results of the investigation.

Awful customer service, although the condition of the coat was nice, I feel very disappointed to bebe.com! Never buy bebe again!

"Ordered early in the morning (before their 1 PM cut-off time) and paid the extra $25 for next-day shipping. The next morning, the order was still in 'Processing' status and so I was expecting it would not arrive on time. I called their customer service number to inquire about dropping the next-day shipping charge since if it wasn't going to arrive next day, I didn't need it to arrive urgently. They blamed my bank for not authorizing the purchase after their 1 PM cut-off and would not let me modify the shipping of the order even though it was still not packaged/shipped yet. In the end I paid $25 for nothing which was kind of lame. Probably won't shop online with bebe again."

"Very bad customer service in the store located in Egypt, Citystars mall
I was there and i bought four soiree dresses it cost me more than 8000 Egyptian pounds
And there was an offer ( get a bag when purchasing above 3000 Egyptian pounds )
I bought my things in two separate receipts but they gave me one bag , i told them i was over the total of two bags but they refused and it was very rude from them to tell me so
Because i already paid a big amount of money

"Fast shipping and nothing to complain.

Only one time, I was charged twice mistakenly.
However, when I called customer service, the issue was resolved instantly.
(The charge was refunded within a day or two.)
