Non Existent Customer Service

"I had tried 3 times to finalise my online order, and everytime I confirmed, the website said FAILED ATTEMPTED PURCHASE. I sent an email to customer support and explained what had happened. Not only did my order not go through, I had been charged and funds of $858.95 had been taken out from my credit card. I emailed back for a refund and also created a job ticket for Customer Service to get in touch but have not heard anything back. The company Becextech/Julian Technology Pty Ltd Point Cook Australia DOES NOT have a working or Valid phone line for anyone to call Customer Service. The company seems to have all these service awards on the website but yet can not get back to their customers in a timely manner. Overall experience from Becextech has been poor with Customer Service being close to non existent. "

Happy Camper

"I had been trying to get a hold of the 5G version of the Xperia 1 III and Becextech were not only the place left in Australia to have one but they were patient and reliable--even with my fretting.
All in all they were polite, professional and all-round wonderful to do business with. Will be shopping here again.

Didn't receive my purchase

"I bought a refurbished phone from them online through MyDeal. They sent me the confirmation of order. The next day they said they had listed the incorrect price and I couldn't have the phone unless I paid double the advertised amount. They inferred I should have known it was a mistake and refused to send me the phone. I believe a good store would honour on line agreements. I was left without a phone whilst I tried to sort the issue. I still never received what I purchased and Mydeal were unsupportive, I will not be using BecexTech or the Mydeal site again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & PHONE NUMBER NOT CONNECTED

"Provided a phone number that was disconnected - Ignored repeated attempts to contact them over warranty issue.

I purchased a new OnePlus Pro 8 smart phone.

It started having screen issues (Flickering, etc) and so I completed the provided warranty repair form and send the phone off to Melbourne for repair.

I heard nothing for a couple of weeks, called the firm, they told me they were waiting on a part from China.
Nothing again for another 3 weeks, I call them again and they tell me they can't fix the phone, contacted Becextech about this issue 3 weeks ago and no reply.

Their phone number in Australia is disconnected - I spent almost $1000 on this phone - I will be very upset if they don't replace it.

UPDATE - June 2021
10 weeks after first having the issue, BecexTech send back my phone and part of the screen doesn't have any touch function!!!! Upon further complaining, they just sent me the same email - box up the phone, send it to our repair agent, etc, etc.

This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have every experienced online.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - If you have any issues you will be left without a fully working product and no clear solution to getting it fixed.

I have submitted a dispute resolution application to Fair Trading Australia but won't hold my breath that I will get anything done as the company doesn't have any representatives based in Australia.....

*WARNING*

"- Ordered was delayed for no legitimate reason. No accountability was taken by BecexTech other than to continuously blame the delivery partner (who they had engaged)
- Order arrived with a broken seal on the packaging
- Order did not arrive with the other items that I had ordered and paid for. These items were essential for me to use the primary ordered item.

I would never order from BecexTech again. I am trying to fight this situation, but I'm just the little guy against a huge company.

"Do not shop from them.
do your self a favor and stay away from this.
I bought and paid for a 5G phone but received the 4G version .
after communicating with them I sent the phone back to them within 3 days of receiving it myself.
Had to chase it up for more than two month to get an answer or my money back .
Had to involve ACCC,Fair trading and Zip pay to get my money.Becex were not going to help voluntarily .
Be aware when shopping from overseas because ACCC and Fair trading/consumer affair would have no power to enforce Australian law .

Terrible product, terrible service

"Stay away!
I was sent a faulty camera and they are now trying to pin it on me and refusing refund. The Sony a6400 camera with interchangeable 16-50mm lens arrived (late) in a Sony box that had previously been opened. The lens was jammed onto the camera and could not be removed. The lens was miss-alighned and the camera could not be used. I notified Becextech immediately of the issue and sent the camera straight back. It is evident that this camera had been damaged prior to sending to me as it did not work from the moment I turned it on. Now I have to fight for a refund, am $1600 out of pocket and do not have a camera.

"BUYER BE WARNED!!!!
Dishonest, and well known to Fair trading bodies within Australia. Do you research! Bought a Demo iphone online with accessories. Website clearly states dispatch within 2-5 business days. LIARS! 13 days later still no phone. When trying to get an update you cannot call them, they have no shop front only email with a 24-72 hour response turn around. They said they didn't have the stock at the moment and were looking for it?? So the description of the goods "they don't have" couldn't be accurate. Still trying to get my money back and have reported them to fair trading. Do not buy from here.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY PERFORMS ILLEGALLY - NO ACL COVERAGE

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DEVICES ARE FROM HONG KONG AND COMPANY TRIES TO AVOID AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AT ALL COST. I had my MacBook Pro that I purchased less than two years ago. This company did not respond until I threatened to contact ACCC and Fair Trading. They made me wait 15 full days to tell me that their compliance officer says they will cover my device under ACL if it is not physical damage. The 15 day wait period to tell me I was covered was a joke - especially how it is legislation in Australia. I went to the Apple store near my city to ensure my MacBook Pro was up to standard without any issues. They told me the device exhibited 'minor wear and tear' and that the issue would not be covered under ACL because it was an International Model (grey model) - I had to go through BecexTech to get it repaired. BecexTech wanted me to pay for shipping and send the device to their Melbourne store. It took a total of 32 days for my product to get assessed by BecexTech. BecexTech refused ACL coverage because the device exhibited 'extreme impact marks' and they wanted me to pay $760 for a repair. I contacted Apple who previously assessed my device and they stated the device was not assessed by BecexTech internally. BecexTech made the assumption without even opening the device or committing to a hardware test. BecexTech reregistered my MacBook into a Chinese name and took full control over my device and its serial number. I was dealing with Ryan for almost 2 months - he was pathetic and I am sure many of you have dealt with this ignoramus. He would refuse Apples official word that the device was not assessed properly and would force me to pay for the repair + shipping back to me. I provided him evidence that this issue was widespread and not caused by the 'minor damage' which was deemed at my local Apple Store which I was present to. BecexTech is a Chinese company - all of their names are aliases to fool you into thinking you are talking to an Australian. BecexTech continued to refuse me to a fair assessment under ACL and would not get the device assessed at their own local Apple Store. It was either me paying for the repair or paying for the return. I spent more than two months requesting BecexTech to reassess with Apple. They did not comply and continued to send repeated emails saying "I reject your notion"

Australian consumer law legislation states that the damage must 'cause' the problem. They did not state how the damage 'caused' the issue. This company has been in trouble with ACCC before - you can look at the full report online. It is best that you do not deal with BecexTech. If I can convince at least one of you to not purchase their products I would be satisfied.

There is simply a lot more that I can talk about but all I can say is DO NOT BUY from BECEXTECH.

At least Apple offered to cover it because I took it to my store and actually explained the issue to them. They did a hardware check and spoke to the manager and covered it despite it was a Hong Kong model. It was that simple and you people couldn't even commit to that.

Ryan and Zlatan - if you are reading this, stop copy and pasting your premade templates of "I reject your notion" and actually get a life.

Your company is trading illegally.

shockers

"This organisation is a disgrace. They are deceitful in saying that they are Australian when they are based in Hong Kong. They do not follow through with fair and reasonable warranty conditions that we in Australia would deem as basic rights. Their products are substandard refurbed rubbish from China. They only provide customer service via email. They bake up their own feedback so that it only appears as 5 star when there are thousands of complaints. I got ripped off by this company."

NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY

". I lost $400 for a Sony phone that I paid for. I have received a phone from Hong Kong but it was faulty and not genuine one. Accessories were faulty and not genuine as well. Two months are gone, no refund, no replacement. Sony support was told “We are not dealing with Becextech company, so we actually not sure where their product is coming from”. Becextech has no physical address or advertised phone number. It is not Australian company at all.
So I hardly recommend stay well away from this scam company. Save your money. Don’t be silly like me.

"Huge Selection, Fair prices.

BecexTech is great. Their prices are usually really fair, and they always ship great products. I purchased some flashes from a different site that was cheaper, but when they arrived, they were dirty and all three were in different packaging. So I sent them back and ordered them from BecexTech instead. When the order arrived, they were all unused and in matching packaging. Great customer service too! I highly recommend these guys
