"I am amazed and grateful! The shopping experience was wonderful. All the information I needed to make a good decision was on the site. However, when a customer service person called me to ask me about sheet color, I did think of other questions and they were answered fully and clearly.

I got the Pac-Bamboo queen-size. After the first night, I woke up a little sore... but I think that was because I'd slept over 12 hours straight! Do ya think I needed a new mattress?? Subsequent nights, I slept normal hours, but had really good, supportive sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and grateful for my new bed.

I'm older, not in the best of health, but I was able to put the foundation together by myself. I will say that the directions seemed confusing at first, but there are YouTube videos that people have shared of them assembling it. Then the included directions made perfect sense.

Note to those moving from full-size to queen... they are not only wider, but longer, too! I had to order new siderails for my wooden head- and foot-boards from stlbeds.com (I include that info because there are few places to find the siderails alone.)
