"The laptop I received on 11/19/2019
Was in deployable condition food and crumbs on and in between the keyboard keys when I opened the package.
Also the casing has horrible dents. Starting the laptop for setup... it failed 3xs and is very sluggish
Last I've sent 3 email for Return Authorization number with zero response.
Horrible service and product. I would never reccomend this company for products.

I paid $52 for a non-working FitBit bracelet via BradsDeals.
I have repeatedly tried contacting BEHEARTY but they will not respond to any
of my emails or call me to resolve this issue.
They DO NOT list a phone# to call either.
I was within my so-called 30-day return time frame because this was a
gift, given 9/4, so I feel doubly bad that 1) I was ripped-off and 2) gave
an inferior gift!
