"I have not received my product. I chose the incorrect product. Immediately, I tried to contact someone. Unfortunately, the only method of communication is email. The next day I received a response advising me the order was corrected. However, it was not. I painfully, went threw several emails and Weeks turned to months with no resolve. Attempts to escalate went unnoticed and ignored. Terrible customer service and I recommend not ordering from this company."

"I received the "new" Beats UrBeats headphones. After one day, the cord fell out of the left ear piece. These were not new, but refurbished at best. They came in a plain white, generic box. No instructions, nothing. When I asked for a return, they replied that they would not accept it unless it came back in the original packaging, with the item exactly how it was shipped. What a scam. "A couple months after purchasing Powerbeats 2 Wireless Headphones from BeHearty, they broke and needed to be fixed or replaced. I contacted Apple and mailed them in, only to find out that they weren't really a "Beats" product but a fake knockoff. They mailed them back and I was informed they couldn't help me.

These headphones are still being sold on BeHearty's website. They are still listed as the same price as when I bought them, so I assume they are still the fake product they are selling people. "
