"I somewhat recently purchased two of a product from behearty.com and was somewhat disappointed when it arrived. I did not receive what was described in the item details, and contacted customer service about it. I wanted to return the items and end it at that; the customer service rep was extremely receptive in fulfilling my wants. She gave me the option of her sending out what was missing from what I received and what I should of received as well as giving me a partial refund for my trouble. I decided against it and just wanted to do a full refund (which as stated in their return policies) is not something they do. I was given a pre-paid return label to send the items back. They asked me to notify them when the item appeared to have been shipped to their warehouse via the tracking code so they could notify the warehouse and get my refund processed and my money returned. The process took a little bit of time due to a winter storm, but I did receive my full refund. I was incredibly pleased with the customer service at behearty.com!"
