"One of the worst online site, just don't have any Customer service. I placed an order a month ago, within a day got the email with order no and tracking number of USPS via DHL. When checked with DHL, they confirmed, they never received the shipment from vendor. The USPS tracking number doesn't exist in their system. Spoke to DL/ USPS, they mentioned that shipment was never released to them. Been sending email to behearty - ****@****' since last 2 weeks. Not a single response from them."

"Ordered cuff links and address problems with the automated acceptsance. Finally resolved aftwer many emails and then I just stopped and then 2 weeks later the cuff links arrived. Trying again. Did not report slow customer service. We will see with this order how it goes."
