I think you can buy ItalModern products with absolute confidence through Bella Seating, and expect this reseller to go the extra distance to accommodate customer needs. I had some reservations in the beginning because I was not going through a local "dealer" but am absolutely satisfied with the service, the product, and especially the price. That said, I believe it is helpful to look around and figure out exactly what you want before buying through the internet or phone. It helps if you have seen and touched the product before ordering it on the internet or phone. In the case of ItalModern furniture, there is a showroom near where I live in the Seattle area, so thoroughly checking out the product was easy. Bella Seating was really one of the best online buying experiences I have had, and I spent way less money than going through any local retail option.

If you are buying known quality products backed with manufacturer warranties, Bella Seating would appear be a very valuable resource for a consumer."

I would not believe the positive reviews found here either. My guess is that those were "planted" there by the company. They also run a site called Bella Office Design that looks and acts identical.
They never pick up the phone ( I tried at least 4 times) I got a chat rep who said the stools I wanted were in stock. So I ordered them and after 5 days see a little note on their web site under my account that the "estimated " ship date was more than a month later! Did I mention that they charged my card as well?
My guess is that this is a 1 or 2 person operation and that they stock very little if any product. They are strictly re-sellers.
I have requested cancellation of my order and disputed the charges with my Ccard company. BEWARE- expect problems if you patronize this re-seller."
