"I ordered a number necklace in a birthday box for my daughters birthday. I was so excited when I received the tracking number just a few days later. Unfortunately the tracking information was wrong and it says it has been delivered to NJ, I'm in OR. I contacted belle chic and was told they couldn't help me and for me to contact the vendor directly. I have not received a response and today is my daughters birthday.

Unfortunately when I received the purse, I decided it was too big but I emailed bellechic asking to send me a return label and they did without hesitation. I received a full refund & the customer service language in the emails were very nice. I would definitely return to them in the future. "

"I received my first item from my order within a few days, the second item was about a week after I ordered and third arrived on Thursday of this week. The third item was not what I ordered. I contacted Customer Service on Friday and they have a 48 hour turn around on answering my e-mail. Hope to hear from them by Monday with positive results. I am very pleased with the items that I received that were correct, but the jury is still out about my final item, that's why there are only 4 stars. With that said, I have placed an addition order and will continue to be a customer."

"I've tried ordering four times from BelleChic and the only time they got my order right was when I printed the paid for print on my own - nothing shipped and no "real" product. The first order took about 4 months to receive - I was told there was an error on the sellers part. Second time, they never sent the necklace even though I received confirmation, card was charged and got shipping information. They couldn't solve the problem because the item was sold out. I then ordered another necklace and received it quickly, but it was the completely wrong one. I'm so disappointed because they sell cute things, but the hassle just isn't worth it."

Just a different way to advertise. When I questioned this I did not get a reply.
