"I placed two orders over 8 weeks ago. My orders have yet to even be processed. While I'm grateful to get a response from my inquiring emails, BelleChic claims the vendor with my products has not informed them of a shipping date. Regardless of where the hold issue is, it's bad business to not let the customer know the status of their order. I really don't want to cancel my orders for a refund. I just want my items shipped immediately, or to know if/when they will be shipped. I wish I could give a favorable review and be able to recommend BellChic as a reputable company. "
