"I have used these earplugs for many years, and highly recommend them. I would give them 5 out of 5 stars, except for a couple of things. 1) The case they come in is sometimes damaged in the shipping, which is not a huge deal, but it's something. 2) Shoddy customer service. One time I mentioned the damaged case to them - no response. This last time it happened, I mentioned it again. I'm not a rude person, but there was an mildly-angry tone to my email, I'll admit. The response I got from Mary was I would describe as passive-aggressive apoplectic. No apology, dismissing my complaint entirely, and even angry at me for complaining. I was stunned. Disgusting customer service, and I let her know. If they now ban me from ordering their earplugs again, I don't care. There must be other good ones out there, but again, I will say that these earplugs are very very good. No complaints about them, ever."

I am in Australia. I had these imported to me via their online system.
I have read reviews online of people who have had to go to the hospital to have these removed.
Or upon removing them as per instructions, they were lodged.
They do not work in blocking out any sound.
They are heavy in the ear and make it uncomfortable to sleep with.
When you email customer support for their 100% money back guarantee, they do not reply back. I am still waiting for a reply and have had to send a follow up email.
The consistency of these earplugs is like that of play dough. This is dangerous to say the least placing that into the ear canal.
It gets stuck in the hair,
but most of all their claims that it blocks out noise are inaccurate and misleading.
On the change over I spent over $50 on this product for a pack of 12.
I repeat, do not buy these, do not believe their fake reviews. They have been reported in my country for misleading consumers. I will be surprised if I hear back from the at all for my money back and going by the people that have attempted to, I don't think I will be getting my money back.
On a side note, when you order these online, you do not get a confirmation email in relation to the order placed, therefore if you want to follow up on your enquiry with an invoice number, good luck with that. You will need to screenshot it. So essentially, there is no proof you purchased them on your side other than your credit card statement. "
"I tried several other types of earplugs, I can honestly say this is the best there is, it keeps water out, it does not fall apart, there is no danger in putting it in your ear, to take out just press the back of your ear and it will be easy to remove, it is not meant to be inside but rather to close all entrance of your ear, only a stupid person could not see that this is the best earplug."

I roomed with 11 men 4 snored, one sounded like a "jake" brake on a 18 wheeler!
