"I ordered online a pair of shoes from Benzer. I received the wrong size. I sent two emails. I have never received an answer. Very bad customer service. Don't shop there and don't waste your money."

"Very disappointed with their customer service. I will never order from them again. They tailored my outfit incorrectly twice. I sent body measurements as per their form the first time. The outfit was very tight and no allowance was made in some places. They asked me to pay partial shipping (even though their error which they admitted) and send it back. Resent measurements and they confirmed measurements. When I received the next outfit it was not made correctly again - tight again and measurements not followed. Second time they told me to send it back again - this time I would have to pay international shipping. I did not as my event was so close and if they couldn't get it right twice I do not beleive they could do it a third time in such short time. Complete waste of precious time and money. Take heed and save your money and sanity! No stars for this store - only one because otherwise I cannot post this comment."
