"Placed an order on December 3rd for a jacket that was to be a Christmas present and they never shipped it. I reached out several times by email and phone and got no response. Finally I got a hold of Sven Berg on the phone and he promised my jacket would ship last week and it did not. Reached out again today and he was a rather rude and not at all helpful and blamed it on Arcteryx saying they are shipping items late. I called Arcteryx and spoke with Matthew who said all of their warehouses are automated and are not shipping orders late! Matthew offered to call Berg to see where my order was. About an hour later Matthew told me he spoke with Berg and they would call to update me shortly on the status. Shortly after that Berg simply sent me a text cancelling my order 18 days after I placed it and now I have no gift for Christmas AND missed out on the Black Friday Sale price! Thanks for caring so much about your customers Sven!"
