"I called ahead and was assured my parts were ready for pick up. Upon arriving I was told to go to another building where the parts manager was. Arrived all the employees were on strike and no one working. Drove back to original building to wait 30 minutes for the parts manager to unlock the door and hand me my parts. Overall decent price for what I purchased just did not like wasting time driving from building to another to end up back where I started and waiting for someone for an extra 30 minutes."
