"Had to have a part immediately for my customer, paid $45 for expedited 1-2 day shipping, part should have been to me on a Thursday at the latest. I emailed the company 2 days later (Thursday) when the part didn't arrive only to find out that they didn't have the part in stock and it would not arrive at their location until Friday, after which then they will expedite it to me. I asked them to refund me for the purchase and cancel the order, I was ignored and then emailed again Friday morning, was told that the order can't be cancelled and now I would have to submit a return request. I submitted the return request only to be answered with the shipping tracking id, showing that it would be delivered on Monday! My customer has taken the car elsewhere because they feel like they were lied to, so now I have a part that I paid for, plus $45 for expedited shipping and the part was not expedited!! Oh, I did receive an approval for the part return though. I only have to pay the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee, even though I asked for it to be cancelled days before it was shipped. This is a predatory company, AVOID!!"

"I was worried about ordering from this site due to the other reviews here, but decided to take a chance. The site I usually order from didn't have what I needed in stock. I ordered the two necessary parts to install a wireless charger into my Pilot. The price was amazing and I thought surely something would go wrong like with some of the other reviewers (wouldn't be in stock, I'd be contacted that more shipping was needed, etc.). However, within a few days, the parts were shipped as ordered and arrived quickly with no issues. We just got done installing them and everything works beautifully. I'm so glad I took a chance - I would order from Bernardi again with no hesitation."
"Bernardi Parts has an extremely large selection of parts available to purchase. No company carries all parts at all times so things need to be ordered and that takes time. This happens everywhere though, the communication is great through the process.
Their prices are great and the shipping amounts are extremely fair. I buy a lot of parts from Bernardi and I will continue to do so in the future!"

This company is PAINFULLY SLOW to order from. Their website presents like they have all of the items on hand. Not even close as far as I can tell. They're more than happy to charge your card right away for all of the parts they need to "special order", even though as far as you can tell from the website they were in stock and ready to ship. How's it a "special order" when almost EVERYTHING is a "special order" ?
- They will not break up shipments without (excessive, IMO) additional shipping charges.
- They will not notify you until up to 5 days have passed after delayed items have not shipped out, at their discretion.
- Poor site communication. "Order status" sits at "unpaid/unshipped" for days with no notification as to why. No real-time updating of order status at all that I can see.
- "Live chat" appears to be unmanned.
- Email inquiries monitored by an employee who "gets to it when she can". Her manager had no problem with this policy.
- Employees may try to bully you into going through with the delayed order, touting a 15% restocking fee on parts they never had in stock and never shipped out.
There's nothing wrong with special ordering parts. The combination of staff apathy, poor communication, and a misleading website make for a terrible buying experience. AVOID. (All the above IMHO as a repeat customer of this business)"

"I bought from Bernardi running boards for my 2017 Honda Pilot among other things. I received the running boards and put them on my vehicle. The boards had like a plastic film on the chrome part and, after I removed them I noticed that both running boards chrome trim were dented. I communicated with Bernardi but received no response. They sent a satisfaction survey and gave them a low score. Erik Richards from Bernardi indicated that they do exchanges on items that arrive damaged and to contact Juliana Richards. I did write that someone else and never heard from them again. I had to file a claim with my American Express card to a least recover the price I paid for the items but, I am out of my shipping fees. I do have two Hondas at home and have ordered part from other Honda online retailers next time I'll stick to those that I have dealt in the past and forget about Bernardi and you should do the same. The manage Honda, Acura and I believe Audi parts. Stay away they don't stand by their produce and what they sell. If you receive a damaged item you are on your own. Thank God for AMEX!"
