"Bought a projector for $599.00 and it would not do the job we wanted. Was told to ship back and they would send us an upgrade and we would be charged for the better model but they would refund the money paid for the first projector. Yeah, right! No refund
After using the 2nd projector for 2 years the bulb went bad.
Fine. Order a new one. Can't get it anywhere but here! As much as I hated to, we sent for the bulb another $199.00. When it came it would not work! Now they have 798.00 of our money. They will not send another bulb. No they want us to ship our projector back to see if the problem is with it. You got to be kidding! I wouldn't trust this company with another dollar. Went to Best Buy and got a better moniter for $599.00. Would never buy from bestavstore. Buy from them at your own risk!"
"The absolute worst company I have ever delt with. Its obvious that the first 2 reviews were written by employees or the owners. It took 3 seperate shippings for me to finally get my projector only to find out that it is a refubished piece of junk hat had to be replaced again. Then came the bulb. I ordered the bulb and was supposed to receive it in 5 business days. Yeah right! a month later I finally get my bulb to find when I install it a huge black and yellow burn spot appears on the screen! I am so sick of this company. I just want them to send me my new bulb so I can pray that it works and I can sell it and get rid of this nightmare!"

"I had my worst experience with this online shop. I ordered a HDMI projector since their rates are attractive. After placing the order, money debited as Canadian Dollar and I realized it it a Canadidan company. After placing the order, there is no option to track the order. I haven't received any communication from them about order even though money debitted from my account. After sending couple of mails, a person named James responded with a Tracking number. The tracking number was in the same status as billing information received for more than 10 days. No responses to the email.
The worst site that I ever seen in my 2 years of online shopping experience.
