"Bought a tv from BestBuyPCS. When it arrived it was obvious that the box was opened and previously used. First clue was everything was already together. The remote already had the batteries in it, all of the 3d glasses already had the protective plastic taken off, and everything was already taken out of the bags. I was told that it's a brand new tv, but nothing in the box was close to being new. I would NOT recommend buying a tv from this place.
I wanted to drive to BestBuyPCS and return the tv until I found out there was a 25% restocking fee. So $400 to restock a tv?!? I'm now stuck with a $1500 tv that I do not want. You are better off spending a few extra bucks and buying a tv from a local store like Costco. At least there if you are dissatisfied you can easily return the tv."

Of course they called me back asking to pay for some imaginary insurance (there goes "free" shipping). I told them its bad business practice to do that. Funny thing is this seems to be the practice among most of these sellers selling electronics for better price than amazon only to sneak in charges later on. This way they come on top of Google search. People get duped. BTW this was the second seller who tried to do this to me. "

"I purchased this bundle from Exclusive TVs 10 days ago. It was delivered 5 days after I placed my order. The delivery company called on the 2nd day after my order was placed and told me they can deliver it tomorrow(I was truly impressed with the speed) but next day(wendsday) they called and apologised and told me that the tv will be delivered friday. I was a little bit angry and called the Exclusive TVs. But Josh(the sales menager) resolved the problem in a few minutes in the best possible way and made me feel much better(he offered me something extra:))) for my little trobble) and asured that my order will be delivered friday by their truck. The delivery guy(very friendly) came at the sceduled time, lifted my 60" tv to my 3rd floor condo unit(no elivator) by himself(wow!!!), unpacked the box, attached the tv to the base and turned it on in order to make sure it was not demaged. Wow!!! I didn't expect a free white glove delivery. Let me tell you, guys: I'm very impressed and happy with my purchase. I was searching for this 3d tv(Sharp lc60le835u) for about 3 month. Finally found very good deal on Price Grabber(Exclusive TVs) but was was hesitent to order(who knows what could've happened) but finally decided to give it a shot and I'm really happy with my desision. Got one of the best 60" 3d TV on the market for a very low price(they increased the price this week) bundled with 3d blu ray player, 3d glasses and professional hdmi cable. Everything came brand new in a perfect condition. And the servece was exceptionally good( Thank You Exlusive, and, espessially ,Josh). I would highly recommend this company to everybody. Forget about Amazon. Exclusive TVs rules!!!"
"I ordered a Sony BRAVIA XBR46HX929 46" 3D LED LCD Flat Panel HDTV XBR46HX929 today. Recieved a phone call and was told they could expedite shipping for $190. I told them I was ok with waiting the 14 days. Then they tried to sell me insurance. I asked to cancel the order since I felt they were gigging me. I hung up, figuring these guys are trying to sell me up. He called back saying we must have got disconnected. I said, no I hung up to you because you are jacking me around and I would rather not do business with a firm that is trying to sell me up.
He finally relented that they would ship for free but I would have to wait the 14 business days.
I really felt like these guys are trying to add fees. The jury is out right now, however if i get jacked around, I will let American Express deal with these guys. Had I read the reviews prior to placing and order, I would have gone somewhere else.

Paul in sales calls me and says that i need this and i need that. i say no but they keep pushing until i say ok i will take the extended warranty. then they send me a refurbished unit not a new one. again i email them customer service and sales and no response. buyer beware.
