"The worst Customer Service representative I ever have a deal with. Abrupt, refused to listen, opiniated.
I bought a Dolphin 2020 pools cleaning device on 4/15 2011. The device worked OK but never stopped automatically. Manufacturer sent me back to this company. 2 days a representative by name Brian correctly ping-pong me from place and back. Finally I talked to that Customer Serrvice representatrive Shanna Graham who as I said without giving me a chance to interfere informed me that unit should be sent for warranty repair becouse it was in a water. But without using the product one can not find it is a faulty one. I tried it for 2 times and cleaner failed to work properly. All companies I ever worked with would agree for product to be returned and exchange for a new one.
I will report this company to Small Business Bureau.
This was my second and last buy from this company.

"I could not be more disappointed with the customer service I've received from BestBuyPoolSupply. I ordered a Santorini Cantilever Umbrella which was to be delivered with a cover. The umbrella came, however, with no cover. Over the course of the next month I made weekly inquires as to the status of my cover. The only response I ever got was that they contacted the distrubtor, however, they were not responsible in any way for its delivery. I asked to have the distributors name so that I could take it up with them and they said that info was confidential. I then asked for a credit for the cost of the cover, until I received it, and they refused to do that as well. It's been an extremely frustrating ordeal."

"I ordered a Hayward Perflex EC40C92S DE filter with 1 h.p. Matrix pump. Three days later they charged my credit card, but didn't send a shipping confirmation, so I waited a couple of days and contacted them through their web site to get the status and received the following response:

"The item you ordered is on backorder with my distributor. I emailed them to see when the filter and pump are expected to ship. I have not heard back as of yet but I will email you as soon as I hear something from them."

So with no product in stock, and no ETA from their distributor, they go ahead and put through the charge anyway???

On what planet is that ethical?

So I cancelled the order. Yesterday I got this: "1-Jun-2009: WE HAVE ISSUED A CREDIT TO THE ACCOUNT DESCRIBED BELOW IN THE AMOUNT OF: $497.95."

Today I called my credit card company. They haven't received the credit. Maybe they will, or maybe I will have to fight them for it.

Unless you enjoy going through what I'm going through right now, don't do business with this company. They will take your money, but they won't tell you if there is a problem. You have to ask. Maybe they do eventually ship merchandise, if and when they can get it, so if you can live with that kind of ambiguity, I guess you're their kind of customer.

"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a leaf canister for my pool vacuum, It arrived broken. I called customer service and they will treat it as a warrantee issue. How? I never received a usable product. Just return my money!

They want me to pay shipping back and not be reimbursed for it before they will send me out another product. How do I know this wont be unusable also? Do I keep paying for products to be returned?

Keep away from this company that is my advice. There are many other online sites where you can buy the same merchandise at the same price with full returns.

"After being talked into buying a less expensive item to clean my pool by this web site, I went ahead and purchased it. I'm thrilled to death with it. I saw one bad review on ResellerRatings and was a little leery about purchasing from them after reading the review but went ahead and ordered the item after speaking to a very polite saleswoman at the store. Ordered it on Friday, it didn't get processed until the following Monday, but I can understand since they also operate a brick and morter store also and at this time of year our local pool stores are like zoos. It was at my door by Thursday. Spent Saturday installing it and it works great. Not sure if I can drop the name of the item I bought since they talked me out of buying the more ($300.00) expensive (same brand)pool cleaner. I'm very pleased with this site and my purchase!!"
