"I purchased Norton 360 v4.0 for 3 computers with a 2 year protection plan. It worked on one computer. When I contacted the company via email, they said they were waiting a new product key from symantec on June 17. That was the last time I heard from them! I've sent numerous emails, tried to call two different numbers; one was disconnected, the other someone or something answered and hung up! I am going to put in dispute with my credit company to get my money refunded. I would never recommend this company to anyone! They have the worst customer service I've ever encountered."
"I have purchased NIS 2010 on 5/12 and was provided with an invalid product key. I asked the company to provide a valid product key as my current subscription was about to expire. On 5/19 (after my NIS 2009 expired) I purchased NIS at Amazon and requested a refund from BESTCOMPUPRO. I was assured the refund would take 3-5 business days to be posted but it's 7/13 and I have neither received further communication from the company nor the refund. I would strongly advise to look for a more reputable company."
