"I must echo Anthony's comments. Placed an order on July 8 and quickly received an e-mail that the order was accepted and in initial processing. Since then, absolutely no communication. I have also e-mailed and called numerous times only to get a recording to leave a message which will "promptly" be returned. Promptly is a relative term, and my definition certainly does not match their's. They had great selection, and perhaps the item I ordered will be high quality and a good deal, but at this rate I will never know."
"I am not sure if this company is a scam or not however I ordered furniture from them on May 14, 2013. I received an order confirmation, but have not heard a word from them. I have eailed them twice and called leaving numerous messages to call back as I was looking for an order status. "Luckily, I was one of the few people who stuck to their guns and called before placing my order.I just had a weird feeling and knew something was wrong (womens intuition). I wanted to purchase a sectional sofa that was listed at Wal-Mart for $699. I noticed that they had two seperate websites both with the same item listed at different prices. They also offered free shipping. Furniturebest.com had the item listed at $592.02 and wanted $138.46 for shipping, totaling $730.48. Bestdealfurniture.com listed the item at $657.80 and wanted $0.00 for shipping, totaling $657.80. Both sites had the same Customer Service number 1-***-***-****. When I asked why the prices conflicted he said "some people like to pay a low base and high shipping, and some people want to paya high base and low shipping." What kind of concotion is this is answer, and company. Then he uses the typical bs explanation, "we are under new management." Then he tells me to surf the web and if I find the item at a lower price, call back. I told him I did at Wal-Mart. He told me I should contact Wal-Mart then. So basically I would not recommend anyone purchasing or doing business with this company. It looks like a scam (based off legit reviews. And as you can tell they post their own reviews. Be Smart And Look Elsewhere!!!"
