"I ordered 5 track light sets from BestLightsUSA. There were 25 light mounts but 3 were defective. I telephoned the salesman but I did not receive anything. Two weeks later I called him again. I still didn't receive anything. The third time, he finally got it, but when the items arrived, the light bulbs were missing. I had to go to a local hardware store to buy them. It took 6 weeks and the electrical contractor has come and gone, so they are not installed yet. In the future, I will buy items I need from faucetsdirect.com instead. I never had any problems with them. "

"Ordered my ceiling fan March 8th...today is April 8th and I still have NOT received the fan. That is incredibly ironic because they didn't waste any time charging my debit card. 2 weeks after I ordered the fan I contacted the company by email and was told that orders usually ship within 1-2 weeks and I would be receiving a tracking number within a few day.
After 3 weeks I contacted the company again and asked if I should just cancel my order and get a refund. 4 days later I was contacted by email and told that the fan would be shipped Monday and I would receive a tracking number by email. Monday came and went and I never got the email or tracking number I was promised. Tuesday and Wednesday also came and went without any conformation. FINALLY on Thursday I was given a tracking number! Everyone is happy and I got the fan right?...wrong. Checked the status of my shipment today and it said "cancelled departure." wow...
So I guess I will be sending out more emails this week and will be given more lies and BS. I would give this company 0 stars, but they did answer my emails so I guess that counts for something?"
"Absolutely horrible experience with this merchant!!! Lied week after week that the items were being shipped but could never produce a tracking number. FINALLY after 5 weeks (when I was able to dispute the charges with my credit card company) did the lights get sent. We'll see if they really arrive and are the lights that I ordered. And HEADS UP...this merchant also owns Bath Kitchen Decor (in fact, that was how the charge showed up on my credit card) and that company has horrible reviews as well!

"Concerns were unfounded for this order as my rohl sink was delivered in perfect shape and for the price quoted. It was the best price on the web. I was concerned that the company was a lighting company, had very few reviews at the time, and the sink was heavy and required shipping thru a freight company. The one thing that must be mentioned was that I had to closely monitor this order as I never got any correspondence other than the original order acknowledgment. But anytime I called customer service, the attendant was pleasant and informative. I finally got a bill of lading emailed to me and that is where I discovered that my phone number was completely wrong. I had to contact the freight company on my own to notify them of the error - knowing the driver needed it. The day of the delivery - I heard nothing and decide to call....yep, the driver didn't get the corrected phone number. I eventually got the sink but had to work at it. Bottom line, great price for an overpriced sink and if you monitor the order - you should be OK."
"I placed an order over two weeks ago. I have yet to receive my order or any notice that it has been shipped. I called customer service the first time and had to leave a message. I never received a return call. I called a second time, was placed on hold and no one ever returned to pick up my call."
