I waited over a month for item ordered - when it did arrive it was the wrong one and unsuitable.
I contacted customer support asking how I would proceed to return the item and have it replaced, obviously I expected a refund of my postage. They said that their "faulty" goods policy was that no refund was offered on return postage. They then offered that I keep the wrong item and refund me 70%. So apparently I have to accept an item which is of no use to me and for which I have paid 30% of its value.
