"First of all shipping is not free the shipping cost is paid by you as they sale their items to cover their shipping!!! Secondly they ship defective items and refuse to honor their guarantees on refunds and will not refund the shipping that you pay to return the defective item. They are not certified by the BBB. They dishonest and sell defective products!!!!!"
"I ordered a tablet case from this company. Who is this company by the way, where are they located? No real company name or location... Which allows them to treat their customers shabbily.
I measured my Kindle Fire HD8 in the SupCase, and made the mistake of ordering a case from BestPriceCenter.com. The cost was $35.00. It arrived, and it's packaged nicely, but guess what? It didn't fit my tablet!! Now, I am quoted $26.00 from UPS and $18.00 from USPS to return it.
So I contacted BestPriceCenter to explain/complain and they said "tough luck". I will never, ever buy anything from them again."
"Seller did not respond to multiple phone calls, voice-mails, and e-mails. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. I decided to return the laptop bag and order a larger one, that's when the problems started. I e-mailed them several times through Amazon Payments. I never got any response. I also called several times--again with no response. Each time I called I left a voice-mail message with callback info--again there was never a response."
"We ordered an item from them and were told one delivery estimate by them and a different one by USPS. When we finally received our package, it was the wrong item. They tried to make it seem like we ordered the wrong item, but luckily we still had screenshots. The liars had changed the link after we had ordered. Nice try but no dice. When they received the screenshots they offered a refund if we would send back their package. We would have too but they told us that we were responsible for shipping costs. Why would we pay half of what we already paid for not getting our item? We've filed a claim against them. DO NOT buy from them."
"I did not receive an invoice # with my receipt. I ordered 2 phone batteries for $39.93 on January 28. As of Feb. 25 after 3 e-mails inquiring about the status of the batteries (my credit card was charged in January) I finally got a response from Mr. Peter Tsui apologizing for the delay and said they just got "a shipment" and would be sending them out right away. I finally received them that week and found they had to be recharged every day although they advertised Talk time: 190-275 minutes. Standby time: 18-21 days. Operation times are estimates only. The operation time of the battery depends on conditions such as:Transmitting power level, Signal (distance between the phone and the base station), Network parameters defined by the operator. I've never had batteries drain so fast! I sent e-mail telling them of the problem (no reponse) and have returned the batteries which they have received. No credit to my account. The fight goes on......
