"Dont't utilize this seller, they suck you in with low prices and then sell you accessories that don't work and are valued at 1/3 of the price charged. When contacted they will take the merchandise back at a 15% restocking fee even for products that don't work. They charge your credit card before shipping anything and don't ship until you call and ask. Jack, who is the only one who answers the phone is unethical and a scammer. AVOID AT ALL COST."

"Muxh the same as the others avoid them at all costs they are the scum of the earth. They make all other ecommerce sites look bad and they should be arressted for fradulant advertizing and froogle, bizrate, and all the others should ban them from advertizing on thier sites."

"Bait and switch - avoid at all costs.

I ordered a camera with them and when I called in 'to confirm my order' as I was requested to do via email, I was told the only one they had available came with a $199 kit!

I immediately canceled my order.

"I asked for and got a price and shipping quote for a camera from this company. As I am not living in USA, at their request, I arranged for and sent a direct money transfer. Then they requested an additional $50 because the total sale value was less than $500, plus extra to cover 'bank costs' for handling the direct transfer. All this after receiving my money. No mention of these extra costs in their quote to me. I asked for my money back, but they wil only do so less the 'bank costs' I consider this very poor service and would not recommend them to anyone."

"I still have not received my order. I ordered after seeing a great price on the Canon ZR 90. The website said the camera was in stock. After my order, I was told that the camera is only in stock as a package with many extra accessories that I did not want and that the camera with the Canon stock accessories was on backorder. Over a month has gone by and I asked from whom they had the camera on backorder. I was told Canon, but when I called Canon, they said that this company was not an authorized dealer. I advised bestsaleprices.com of this and was told that it is "None of my business where they get their cameras." Don't ever order from here."

"Okay this place is just like the others. If you don't by thier memory and starter kits, you can't have the camera. They check and mysteriously it's out of stock. But it is in stock with extra memory and starter kits. Please don't ever buy from these scammers."

"I'm glad I found this website. First, I ordered the Canon Powershot S410 at www.amphotoworld.com for $289 + $25 shipping on 3/21/04. Retail price is $399.99. I had a bad feeling about this company b/c it was cheap. I called the customer service and got rude services. I decided to do a search for reviews on AM photo world. I read a lot of bad reviews. Cancelled my order on 4/1/04.

I was afraid to shop on any website that was out of Brooklyn, NY. I found Bestsaleprices.com on pricescan.com. They had decent reviews. Canon S410 was $330 + $25 shipping. I called the 800 # just to check out the customer service. Spoke to Joe. He was nice & friendly. He told me it was in stock, it is an American Product and came w/the standard supplied accessories (thank goodness). Only problem, it would take them 2 weeks to ship out of their warehouse b/c they had a lot of orders to fill. I was okay with it. I placed an order via email. I got an email to confirm my address & order, etc. When I got the email, i was thinking "Oh no, not them too!" Now my story was becoming similar to other stories written on this website for AM Photo World, Bilibi.com, Infinitycamera.com, etc. I called & got Joe. He asked me when I would need the camera b/c it would take 5-6weeks for me to get it (2weeks b4 ship out & 3-4 weeks to arrive since i'm in CA). Argh!! Then he said they have some in house if I need it soon, but it's a package deal. It came with a tripod, bag, some kind of charger, & card reader for $400 something. I stopped listening b/c it thought this was a bait & switch tactic. He made it seem like the battery life on this camera sucks. I asked him how long is the life. He said 30 minutes. I have 7 friends with Canon Powershot models. The life is longer than 30 minutes! I didn't want trouble so I asked to Cancel. I have not got my Cancellation Confirmation yet. I would have kept the order if I didn't want it sooner or wanted to deal w/the unforeseen problems. Maybe I'm being overly cautious.
I went to Amazon.com and bought the Canon S400 for $349.88 (free shipping). It's the older model, but at least I know I'll get it in a timely manner w/o a hassel.
