"I purchased a Treadmill from Walmart.com..from Bestseller. They shipped me a broken treadmill. It was packaged really nicely and their was no damage to the box. I opened the box and the face of the treadmill was partially peeled off. Trying to return it has become a complete nightmare. They wont tell me where or how I can return it. They tell me I need to pay shipping for the return but prior to that they will need a video and pictures. So I sent video and pictures and received no response. Walmart is no help either, they seem to support this crap and keep directly me back to the people who robbed me.
