"I could not decide between the Best Bully Sticks made in Brazil or made in USA. I was unable to reach Live Chat or Customer Service before I placed the order so I ordered the much more expensive USA sticks assuming that their quality was much better for the price difference of $15. I though I was truly ordering the "BEST" bully sticks. When I finally did receive the answer from Customer Service, I was disappointed to learn that the quality and consistency of the USA made sticks was much less than the Brazilian sticks. I know I have the option of returning or exchanging them but the timing and inconvenience was an issue for me. There should have been a warning on the web site description to state the poor consistency on the American-made bully sticks. "
"My 6 yr. old pitty hates rawhide chews but loves these bully sticks. Her teeth aren't in great shape (she's a rescue, abandoned on the streets) so she prefers the thin bully sticks. She takes about 15 minutes to devour one, so the only thing that makes me sad is that these are much more expensive than rawhide chews. "
