"First of all, nowhere on your packages do you clearly list ingredients. I bought bison jerky and it did not say anything in regards to what is in your product.
It was clearly smoked and pressed meat, and not just dried meat.
So right off the bat, that was very disappointing. Same with the bison cartilage.
