"This is my 3rd time ordering bully sticks from your website. My dogs do enjoy them very much. I was completely satisfied the first two times I ordered, but the recently shipment left me concern. The bag was completely ripped towards the bottom. I called stating I was concern about the freshness of the product. I was told just to tape it shut and it shouldn't be a problem. The fact that bully sticks aren't cheap, I may have to take my business elsewhere. I'm just not satisfied with the solution to my problem. "
