"We have ordered many times from Best Bully Sticks and spent hundreds of dollars. Up until now we have never had a problem, but with our most recent order the wrong items were shipped. It turns out that the content of my package were for the order number right next to mine. So not only did I have this woman's contact info including email address, but my guess is that she might now have mine. I called customer service to tell them what happened, and I was sent a return label to ship the box back. I printed the label, resealed the box, and the next morning drove to Staples to send it back. Not only was I not given a credit, but my real order was reshipped on an unexpedited basis. So, they make the mistake but I have to do all the work? I will continue to shop here because overall the experience has been very good. But the recognition of the inconvenience for something out of my control would have gone a long way, even if it was a $5 credit or offer to reship my correct order faster."
