"This is my first purchase from Best Bully Sticks and I will use them again. The product arrived within 5 days of my order, it came as described, and these bullies are affordable. My dog loves them. I do wish they came in a 9 inch size. The 12 inch are a little too long for him right now, but the 6 inch are too short -- we only get a couple of days out of them before we have to take them away as a choking hazard.

My Doggie,Abby, LOVES the bully sticks though. We allow her to chew on the braided ones, rings, pretzels, and curly's. The straight ones are a risk, as the dog can easily swallow a large chunk of it, & have it get stuck in their throats & choke.
I've seen it happen to other dogs, and then it's necessary to give them the Hymelich maneuver."

"The quality of the last several orders I have received have been terrible. I've ordered ODORLESS and received sticks that smell so strong it is nauseating. The first time, I sent them back and received a correct order. Subsequent orders of odorless proved the same, so I started ordering the regular ones and saving the money and just sent the dog outside to chew on them. My latest order was 50 ODORLESS as I had a discount to use. What arrived were two HUGE sized bags (a big waste of packaging) of 25 each, skinny, crunchy, overcooked sticks. Some in the bag were completely hollow inside. I would say there were two per bag that were of the quality I used to receive from BBS when I first became a customer years ago. This will be my last order as I can no longer count on receiving a quality product from BBS."
