"I purchased the "Yummy Yams", which I have purchased before and my dog loved them. Last time we got them they were tender and easy to break into smaller pieces. This time the were hard as a brick. I called and told the girl I wanted to return them because they were not the same as before. I had to argue with her to get her to agree to pay the return shipping. After all that trouble I just decided to never buy from them again, and did not return the product. I don't want to argue to get things made right. There are plenty of other companies who know how to treat their customers right without argueing."

"I am a regular and loyal customer. I purchased the jumbo bully stick bows that are "suppose" to be made from a 24" bully stick,
Only ONE of the 4 would come close to that. The other 3 were EXTREMELY small, they ranged in diameter from 8" across, for the acceptable one to 4" across, literally half the size. I am not sure who picked these or how they did not notice the drastic difference in size, but they were NOT even close to Jumbo. Based on what I paid for them and the inaccurate sizing, I will not be reordering. ;( "
