"Previously Best Bully Sticks sent me a bag of 25 of the 12 inch braided sticks that were really undersized in comparison to my first order. Nor did it meet the beefed up description that advertised this particular chew. I sent them a clear photo that compared their skimpy bully sticks with others. They finally did give me an inadequate $25.00 compensation with an attitude of "that's all we are going to offer you" despite my asking that this complaint be taken to a managerial level.

So after having read other people's similar experience, it was with great trepidation that I applied the $25.00 to a new order. So when I opened my order, it was with a sigh of relief and sheer delight that I saw that the bully sticks were what they actually advertised. I do hope that this company has learned from social media that they need to constantly monitor quality control.

I'd also like to commend their shipping department as I placed my order on the Tuesday after Memorial Day and the box arrived on the Saturday."

"I wrote to customer service to tell them i had prices from another site. I read that your site does price matching. I had originally been buying from bullysticks.com as they have cheaper prices. I bought the cow ears at your site, wrote to customer service (email) and still after a week have not heard back if they would price match my order. At least give me a credit for the difference.
