The only concern is that once the stick is chewed down to a "nub" there could might be a chocking hazard and the remainder would have to be taken away to avoid a potentially dangerous/challenging situation. Also, postage/shipping was a little high and would like to see the company offer different tiers of shipping from slow to 1 day service. If shipping is a profit line would rather it be in the product and not feeling like I'm being "ripped-off" in the shipping price. That said I would give BBS fairly high marks both for product, service, cost and overall experience as it pertains to the company."

"I order Bully Sticks regularly for my dog. Over the last few orders, the quality of the product has gradually gotten worse and worse. This last shipment I received had the poorest quality ever with small, skinny, discolored and misshapen sticks. The odor was also very off putting and worse than usual. I thought twice before I gave my pet the first bully stick from the bag and really now don't feel comfortable giving them to him at all. Overall a horrible experience and am really disappointed. Your product was recommended to me by someone and now I feel I cannot do the same. "
