It was easy buying the product form the site and navigating through checkout. The only annoying part was when I tried to use the chat feature on the site; no representative was available for over 20 minutes… I ended up disconnecting form the chat window and did my research elsewhere. My experience would have been a lost smoother (and faster) if the chat feature truly worked. But overall I would use and recommend this product to other dog owners"
