I highly recommend the bully bites if you have a dog under 20lbs, they are a great treat and it takes them a while to get through it. The veterinary dental specialist recommended bully sticks in place of actual bones for them because my dog broke two of his teeth on bones (not recommended). I did receive one bag with thinner/hollow pieces but its shipped by weight so there was a ton in there, the rest were always thicker bits, great value.
There was one shipment where I was sent an incorrect item. They allowed me to keep the incorrect item (which was more expensive than what I payed for) and quickly shipped me my correct item. They even sent me a super nice and apologetic email back and were very cooperative. I highly recommend the whole company, great products, great customer service. "
