"I have ordered these several times and this time they were not very good. On all previous bully sticks they were crunchy and dry. This order was very rubber like and no crunch. My dog has little interest in eating these. They did not seem to be on the same quality as the other 8 or more times I have gotten them. I left a message for someone to call me it never happen. When I called I got no satisfaction. Why do you pretend to care about customer satisfaction when you really do not. This is not a inexpensive product please respond."
