"cancelled a refrigerator order - must do it online - BUT it has been 18 days and they forgot the first week to issue a refund. it just kept saying in process. So then i got an email saying refund was issued that was 11 days ago and now 4 phone calls numerous transfers, much time on hold and still no one who could help. one lady gave me the number of their credit card which i dont have. another told me it could take a billing cycle of my credit card. another told me i would have to drive to the store. ok so you have to cancel online but if you dont get your money back, you have to drive to the store? or wait 30 days on your credit card to see if by chance they have issued? "I bought this PC for 3d Modeling/3D printing, I have 4 FDM 3D printers and one SLA 3D printer and now I added a laser machine and a rotary engraving router machine.
They all work fine.The graphic card is more than enough for my use and the PC looks really neat with the colored fans.
The swinging lateral door (on the left side if you look ia from the front) is a very cool and useful touch and is extremely easy to open.
I bought it during the black friday sale and now it sells for about $500.00 more. The overall design of it is very elegant (I have the white one).
It has more USB ports than I need, but you can never have too many. The power supply and hard disk are neatly hidden under the visible chassis.
The fans are the first and main thing you see when looking at the computer.
It's a good gaming computer and it's silent. I recommend it for intermediate gamers."

"In recent days, I've been unable to view web pages on MSN.com without having a huge Best Buy ad come up when I'm in the middle of trying to read something. I then have to allow the ad to progress a bit before a little arrow shows up allowing me to reduce it down from over 1/3 page size to about 1/6th page sixe, then another click on an "x" that shows up allows me to close it. It happens over and over. It's no different than if Best Buy came up to me and slapped me across the face. It's downright mean. If Best Buy is so pathetically bad that they have to go that low to try to get people to come there - don't. They need to fail and learn that treating customers so badly will hurt. I will never-again buy anything from the nasties."
