"Spare yourself the trouble, this one, as it's sister site bestbuyeyeglasses, are a scam. A month now, I was charged and my order is still pending."
""Sears.com sells through their "Marketplace" where they offer items sold by other retailers, but coordinated through Sears' website. I ordered Nike glasses for my son through Sears, who offered them through www.bestbuysunglasses.com. When I ordered them on 9/12, I paid almost $30 extra to have overnight shipping on my order, promised on 9/14. I didn't receive them as promised. When I contacted Sears.com, they told me to call the retailer (although I ordered them through Sears, not the retailer directly). After I called the retailer, they told me the order would be delivered Mon 9/17. I asked for a refund on shipping. They said Sears had to give me the refund. I called Sears for the refund and they put me on hold almost 10 minutes trying to find a supervisor, and then I was hung up on. The glasses didn't arrive on 9/17. When I called the retailer, NO ONE there could tell me the status of my order or when it would ship. They told me the only 2 people that could handle Sears.com orders were gone for the day. I called Sears back to cancel my order and refund the money that had already been charged to my credit card, and Martin, the supervisor at Sears.com told me they couldn't cancel. Only the retailer could cancel. And obviously I had already been told no one could help me there. I ended up having to dispute the charge on my credit card because I couldn't reach anyone at Sears.com OR the retailer to refund my money. I would NEVER order from Sears or www.bestbuysunglasses.com. NEVER.""
