"Ordered two heatsinks + 2 92mm fans + 2 Zalman fan brackets. Shipping was very quick, received in about 4 days. All items are packed nicely in a small box without any damage. However, there was no invoice or packing list in the box. I sent an email inquiry about the invoice but received no response. Because of this, I might purchase from them again for low priced items, but will not buy any expensive stuff from them. "
"I’ve placed a number of orders with these guys and they have always come through. Prices are very good and shipping rates are not inflated. Most of the complaints I see about Best Byte have to do with slow shipping. But if you’d read their site it clearly says:
"3rd business day shipment for all ground shipping methods including FedEx/UPS Ground, USPS Priority, Parcel Post, and 1st Class Mail"
It is not like it’s a secret. But yes 3rd day shipping on ground orders is about my only complaint. I’d like to see same day shipping on ground as well.
Overall Best Byte gets a thumbs up from me.

"i ordered a vantec tornado 92mm case fan and was sent a vantec stealth 92mm case fan so immediately i tried to call them but no one anwsered. so i tried email 2 days later no go. i took about 4 calls to them for me to finally get a hold of someone. the person on the phone was very nice and understanding. he told me to send the fan i have back for a replacement ok. 1 week later i got my vantec tornado and am somewhat dissatified becasue of all my experiences with best byte computers."

Honestly, I am quite satisfied with their products and prices. But, they claimed "same day shipping" on a thermal compound (Arctic Silver 3) which I badly needed. Also shows was "in stock".
The order was placed very early on 5/30/03. I received e-mail saying that the "item is scheduled to be shipped on 6/3/03"...
Since it is shipped vua USPS I don't even know if it was shipped or not and where it is now...
Since "a teaspoon of ash can spoil a barrel of honey"... I am somewhat dissatisfied.

"wow.. i am very impressed. I placed an order for 3 Zalman Fanmates, 2 Zalman fan brackets and some grommets (at the best prices i have seen, btw) at 7PM eastern on Monday, May 12. Within an hour and a half I received an email saying that my order had been shipped. Although the email was deceptive in that the package was not actually shipped until the next day, I received it today, May 15, only three days after I placed my order. That is some of the quickest service i have received, possibly even quicker than Newegg. "The Northbridge Cooler on my motherboard died and I needed a replacement immediately. Placed my order at 4:40 EST (3:40 CST) and received a confirmation letter almost immediately. I paid for FedEx Overnight Standard, as I needed the parts promptly. They have a very clear shipping schedule on the site, and I didn't expect it to ship out that night, as I had missed their 3 CST cutoff for next day shipping. Nonetheless, I received a second letter 15 minutes later when it was shipped. Everything arrived the next day. The merchandise, three Zalman Northbridge Coolers, were priced very reasonably which served to offset the extra cost incurred by FedEx's rush shipping. I was also pleased with the large selection of shipping options. I will seriously consider this company again in the future when I upgrade."

"Amazing company. Ordered 1 80mm Enermax fan and 1 92mm Enermax fan. I liked it cause It include mannual speed control and included Gold grills. And pretty quiet for it's preformance.
Was cheap to buy and they E-mailed me the moment it was sent out. Took 1 week for the item to arrive but of course that was by using USPS Piority mail.

"Pretty good experience, ordered on a Friday and received the following Sat. via USPS delivery option. Tracking did not work correctly, but I am unsure if that is the fault of USPS or BestByte. The only other problem was that the chipset cooler was shipped in a manilla envelope and jammed into my mailbox - no 'fragile'/etc. on the envelope. While this is the USPS fault, higher quality packaging could have been utilized to prevent possible damage in transit."
