"Been using best cigar prices for several months now and this is the first order which said delivered but there was nothing in my mailbox. I called customer service and she immediately reordered for me at no cost and two day aired my order. Today this kind of customer service is unheard of. Recommend!!!!!"
"After reading some of the previous reviews I was a bit hesitant about placing an order with Best Cigar Prices, but my experience was the exact opposite. The website was easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I was looking for in seconds. I ended up purchasing the Acid Kuba Kuba Fresh Pack for my buddies birthday, and it arrived fast, and most importantly, fresh. Pricing was right on par with other sites I had shopped, but because of a promotion I was able to get Free Shipping.
Moving forward, Best Cigar Prices will be my first stop when looking for my next smoke.

"Waited well over the promised shipping time and never received my order. Tracking shows they tried to ship to just a partial address. They put my city and state on it and expected somehow it would find me….USPS sent it back to these morons. but that’s not the worst. I called…asked nicely for a full refund and was told that they would not refund till they got their I’ll shipped package back that never was delivered to me. "Made a $900 purchase March 22nd. You cancelled my order the 26th bc you couldn't confirm my info and requested PayPal. Called customer service and they mentioned they sent me an email to request PayPal. I never received an email, even checked junk mail. Finally reorder and payed via PayPal on March 26. You cancelled my order again on April 1st saying my PayPal account wasn't verified. I called PayPal and conference them in with you guys. PayPal said my account was verified and no issues. And your representative still baled it on PayPal. What a joke. Now the cigars are sold out and representative didn't want to do anything to resolve the issue or make things right. What's the point of having an online credit card system if you can't even use it. Then rely on PayPal and can't even use that correctly. Bad business, bad service. I should have read your reviews first. That was my mistake."
"When I finally recieved the cigars I ordered (slow shipping) they were seconds! Dry, cracking and the robusto cigars were 4" long! Some of the wrappers even looked suspicious. They did refund my money but would not refund shipping. Customer service was arrogant and condescending. "
"I purchased a box of cigars and a humidor. My order qualified for FREE SHIPPING. I went to PayPal and the charge was for $200. After PayPal it took me back to their website to confirm my purchase which I did. PayPal then sends me an update that they had added over $100 in shipping charges! When I contacted the company they said the Humidor was an overweight Item so they had to add shipping. The humidor in question cost $46.00 and weighed 3lbs 5 oz. That is just slightly more than the box of cigars in a wooden box that I had ordered. Absolute rip off to charge $100 shipping on a $46.00 item and to add the price after the fact. Absolute Scam"

"After pointing out a system error on their part, the customer service rep Beatrice, told me to check the math and have a nice day. They had invoiced me for one amount, then charged my credit card a higher amount. The glitch was they added an extra item, and then charged me for it. She said the math worked out fine so I should just be happy about it. After my call with Beatrice, I received an email from Beatrice stating she issued a refund, but she added "However, we did charge the correct amount when the charges settled." It took another contact to get clarification and knowledge of an adjustment. Watch for shady accounting practice and reconcile your charges on every order. "
"I really appreciate their excellent pricing, and VERY speedy order processing and shipping. And it's been consistent with all my orders over months. Not many online retailers are as good as these folks. A plus is their free (and lovely) goodies, too. I've got a collection of high quality glasses that I regularly use. "

"They originally took money out of my account for my order, total of about $36.00. I got an email 2 days later saying my payment was declined and was told to use another payment method. I told them the money was already withdrawn. They proceeded to say "are you staying the money is in the account? If so we can try to make the transaction again. . I screenshot my banking app, blacking out my account number obviously, and sent it to show they already took my money and said "no I'm stating you already have my money and your trying to double charge me. You can either send my cigars or refund my money. I've heard nothing back. THEFT!"
"Watch out! These guys advertise one thing like free shipping then switch it up and charge you for shipping! Seriously! It's happened each time I've ordered recently! Says Free Shipping right on the order form, then they charge you for shipping! Good luck getting the money back. Round and round and round we go! It turned into a part-time job and I never got a refund, just a future credit and no "we messed up". Just a "we're doing you a big favor"! Watch out!!!! "
