"Placed an order a week ago and no question the price was right. Something came up after I placed it to which I wanted to reach out to customer support. Every time you call, the recording says "we're on the phone with a customer but we value you so leave a name and number and someone will call right back". I got one call back and never got my answer resolved and since then no one in over a week has called back. I also went the e-mail route, got one reply to which they claimed they returned all my calls which is not true. As they say sometimes you get what you pay for.
