Emailed on 11/27/17 asking if there has been any update, no reply from them
Emailed on 12/4/17 asking if there has been any update, no reply from them
Emailed on 12/12/17 stating I was going reverse charge on CC and file complaints with BBB and online review sites
I also had left several messages to their customer support number ***-***-****, but did not receive ANY response.
