"While ordering Items often disappear from the cart as the site doesn't hold the login very well, it seems. On a recent shopping episode. I had probably 20 magazines in the cart, logged in, but when it came time to actually ordering they had all disappeared, and couldn't be retrieved. I emailed twice to the support email, and never got a response. Sometimes it works fine."
