"I ordered a pair of insoles from Bestinsoles.com on Oct 31. By Nov 16, I realized that they had sent the product to the wrong address. I then initiated contact with their customer service about the issue, and asked them to resend the package to the correct address on my account. I was told only that I needed to track the lost package myself, which was by then coded as an "alert" in the Los Angeles USPS system per the online tracker. I tried to contact customer service again for support, as I had no idea what this "alert" meant. The fact was, I needed the product ASAP. This time I got no response from them for 4 days. When they finally got back to me, they told me that the address was wrong, which was what I told them in my very first email! I finally received the product today 12/4, 34 days after my initial order. I will never buy from this website again.

"I ordered a set of Yaktrax Pros, that was received in January. The 2nd time I wore them, the black rubber inside of one of the springs broke. This made the item un-useable. I had a new set of regular Yaktrax so I used the velcro sstrap and used it on the new ones. This time I ordered 2 sets as we are required to wear them at work when we have snow and ice. The ones that are given out by the company I feel are not good enough so I buy my own from you. I am very satisfied with your products and will order again if I need more.
