"Unbelievable that these bad reviews go all the way back to 2011, and nothing has changed with this company in 5 years. I was given a bogus FedEx tracking number plus my order did not arrive. Contact at company apologized and promised to send parts right away. This time, no FedEx tracking number at all, and of course, no shipment received. Email unanswered, voicemail boxes full, messages left with Customer (Non)Service were not returned. Not until I filed a claim with Amazon did I get a call back from this outfit. Employee had new explanation why goods never shipped and asked, did I want to continue to wait. Are you kidding me?? This guy who offered refund plus a few bucks for my trouble was obviously very experienced at walking customers through the online process with Amazon, and he had me deleting my negative comment before I knew what hit me. Slick. Amazon says they are investigating, and I hope Best Price Mirror will suffer the consequences of shoddy business practices. In the meantime, steer clear of them and tell your friends to do the same!"

"I should have had my order by the end of December. I have attempted to contact the seller via Amazon without response. The anticipated delivery date was somehow updated to show a later delivery date and it still didn't come then. Then I decided to check them out. Somehow they are allowed to sell things on Amazon, despite the fact that they take your money and never ship out products. I paid for expedited shipping and can't even get a response. At this point, I'm planning on filing complaints with the BBB (despite a record of not responding to the complaints), the FTC, and the State Attorney for the state in which they operate. Doing some recon now with a plan to shut them down. I am 2 for 2 with business closings. If nothing else, I will find where they are operating and make OSHA complaints or find Labor Violations. I will make the time to see this through. We are ordering products and getting FAKE tracking numbers and no delivery. These items are integral to the safety of our vehicles and our families, when these items don't come, our families are put at risk and I'm not going to let anyone do that. Update: Their address is

If you look up the business on Google Maps, the place is a Mexican Restaurant called Arturo's. I'm not convinced this isn't a chop-shop operation. The website doesn't exist. I plan on calling them when my new phone arrives."

"I'm along the same lines as the first reviewer, except he did get me my merchandise on the 2nd attempt. It was only after filing a claim and giving negative feedback on his amazon site did Peter call me to resolve the situation. Emails went unanswered prior to me filing a claim. My shipment was through USPS, so it's not the shipping companies fault (FedEx in the previous review). Once I got on the phone with him, he sounded like he's done this "refund and resend routine" more than once or twice before. It sounds like this company has internal accountability problems and I will never do business with them again."
"After three tries Peter could not get a Nissan corner light to me. Ordered Jan. 31, 2011; Feb 2, 2011, I was sent a tracking number that showed that the information had been sent to FedEx but never indicated the it was picked up by FedEx. Two days past the estimated delivery date, I tried to contact Best Price Mirror. Two emails went unanswered. I posted a negative review at Amazon and Peter called me immediately. He promised a $20 refund (which I did get) and, that he would either have FedEx find the shipment or he would send another one. Again, no light and more unanswered emails. Since Peter had called me, I had his number so I called him. Again he blamed FedEx. I get deliveries from FedEx quite frequently. FedEx missing like that twice is most rare. Peter refunded the remainder of the item cost and the shipping (I got that as well) and said he was going to send the light anyway. March 8, 2011 and still no light. I'm not surprised. This seems to be much like a ponzi scheme. End result is Peter is getting free loans for something or other. Occasionally he might return some money but he had free use of my money for a month. Multiply that by a few hundred or thousand people... That's my opinion of course. Maybe FedEx is just picking on Peter. Don't waste your time with Best Price Mirror. You might get your money back but you most likely will not get your merchandise."
