"Super low prices...you get what you pay for. Bought Adobe Acrobat X Professional In July 2012 via download. I was assured that this was genuine certified software, and that they offered lifetime support for installing software purchased from them. Had to reload my operating system last month. Adobe was corrupted. I contacted Adobe with my serial number, and they said they have no record of the product, and that it probably wasn't a genuine certified product. I have called Best Wholesale Software 20 times in the last 2 days, and have yet to get a person. It always goes straight to a voicemail that sounds remarkably like the prompts I get from my Verizon cell phone. Their canned voice message says it would be much quicker to send them an email at ****@****. I have sent 8 emails in the last 2 days, and have yet to get a response to any of them. If you asked me, I would say I was the victim of a scam. They are probably not a real "brick and mortar" company with an office and warehouse, etc. More than likely they are a one or two man operation running the business off their laptop and cell phones. It was my mistake to be mesmerized by the low prices. You can go to their website...its still up and running. I'm sure if I wanted to buy another copy from them, they'd take my money. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys.They have all the hallmarks of being a scam."
