"I have spent thousand at this site but in the past three years they have really declined. Customer service is non existent, returns are almost completely banned, inventory is incorrect and you order is cancelled after you have placed and paid for the order. "
"I made an exchange because I did t prefer the first color choice I chose (my fault). I paid the postage to return it for an exchange on my to find out I had to pay $8.95 more for my exchange. This is bad business and I never will do business with them again. It was an exchange and I never experienced this with an exchange with "well-known" retailers. I may be a drop, but enough drops can make an overflow. Listen to your customer complaints and change this deceitful way of doing business '"
