"I purchased the following from this shady company:
- LG GSA 4081B 8x8 Double Format DVD+/-RW/RAM
Upon arrival and installation of drive I found it to be defective. It will sometimes read DVD's but will not burn a disc. I have troubleshooted this drive by trying to put it in different pc's with different configurations.
I wrote the company and got no response. I wrote them multiple times after that with no response from the company.
I reported the company to the Better Business Bureau and they did not receive a response from the company.
I feel very let down and cheated by BestBargainPc and recommend that nobody purchase anything from this company in case you get defective equipment, you are stuck with it.

"I ordered a DVD-RW drive. The total cost (after tax) was less than Newegg and everywhere else I checked. FedEx ground shipping was free. I received the tracking number and drive on the same day, one week after I placed the order. The drive was packaged well. I have no complaints about the shipping time considering I did not pay extra for fast shipping."

"On the 15th of September I ordered a 160gb WD Hard drive from this store, even paid for "same day shipping with tracking number". As of the 20th I still have not received a tracking number, nor has the order been shipped. They were happy to deduct the money from my credit card though. I am currently filing a dispute form with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER from this merchant! They seem to be a scam. Don't give them the benefit of the doubt like I did, just simply scroll down past them on pricewatch and order from someone more reputable.

Since the 15th, all their website says is:

In-Progress? What year does that mean they are going to ship my order?

They have ignored at least a dozen emails, and you cannot get a person on the phone when you call them. If you want to give away money, I would advise you to order from them, otherwise DONT!"

"Placed and order over 2 weeks ago. Called few days later and got a fedex tracking #. Called FedEx, they never got the package. Called them back and was told they’ll check it out and get back to me later that day. Needless to say, I haven't heard anything back. They do not answer the phone or return any of my emails. Very frustrating to say the least. I'll never order anything from them again. This is ridiculous.

Update:
Finally got a hold of them and was told the order was held up because one item was backordered. The remaining item is on its way (I hope).
All this aggravation and bad review could have been avoided with one simple phone call or email informing me of that right away instead of making me wait in limbo for almost 3 weeks. They may have cheap prices, but very bad customer service.

"These guys are a NIGHTMARE! STAY CLEAR!

I placed my order on the 13th of July with 2 day shipping. I emailed on the 16th to inquire about it. No response. Called. No human to speak to, just voice mail. Hacked past the voice message system (it doesnt let you leave a message, just disconnects you, but press 0 and you can get into the operator's voice mail box). Finally, I managed to get through to a human. She told me the order NEVER SHIPPED (btw, I received a "your order has been shipped" email). I told her to cancel and refund. Waited a week. Waited ten days. No sign of the money. Emailed all four different addresses on their website, multiple times, no response. Called the number, had to hack past their autoresponse multiple times, finally got a human. She told me she would take care of it and call me back. No luck. Emailed some more. Looked their domain up with whois.net, tryed to call the number there, no luck there either. This afternoon (Aug 2) I continously hacked past their phone autoresponse for about a half hour. Finally someone picked up. She told me she would transfer me to customer service. Then hung up on me. Three times. The fourth time this guy gets on the phone. I tell him I want my $100 back. He tells me they only charged me $9. It was unbeleivable. Argued with him till he admitted he was wrong. He refunded. I tried to explain to him why this had been a horrible experience. He hung up on me.

Good lord. I buy off the web all the time, usually pricewatch, sometimes pricegrabber, sometimes newegg. Only twice have I had a bad experience (this place and one other). But this place takes the cake.

If you care whether or not someone treats you like @$#%$# and then goes to every possible effort to screw you, then this is not the place for you.

I cannot emphasize how horrible this has been. Right now I'm just so tired of all the crap I've had to deal with over a simple Linksys range extender that I eventually just drove over to Staples to pick up for a client."
