"Horrible customer service. The representative I was assigned to was not friendly, not informative, short with her answers and the response times were delayed.
I contacted their online chat a couple of times and they were telling me conflicting information.
When I requested another representative to work with, they said they couldn't do that.
I told my representative and the online chat that it is unacceptable to be 10 days from initial proof request to still not have all I requested and still not able to make an order.
The last online chat i had, the representative started to ignore my messages in hopes that i would get frustrated and just end the chat from his (Jeff's) lack of response to me.
HORRIBLE Experience! Do not use this company and save yourself time and frustration!

"I ordered 4 name tags and they were 15 days in production. When I followed up I was told that a rush order was now placed for the name tags. Its been over a month now and I have yet to see the name tags! I really hope that when they finally arrive they will at least be usable based on previous reviews that I have seen that is what concerns me now!

"I was working with a specific rep with this company and everything was fine. I placed an order over a week ago and found it odd to have not been contacted back after a couple days. I e-mailed my rep again, with no response. I called the company, who just has a generic number, and spoke with another rep. She first responded with, "We have all been very busy," which, as a customer service rep, should NEVER be something you tell a customer. So my time is not important? So that is an excuse to not DO YOUR JOB? I am also very busy and I do not have time to follow up on orders multiple times. She then asked me who my rep was (which I believe should have been her FIRST inquiry.) I told her my reps name and she then informed me that she no longer worked for the company. Does anyone check past employees' e-mails? How was I to know that she no longer worked there? Was anyone going to reach out to her current customers to inform them that their orders were not going to be submitted? She then informed me that Best Name Badges has over 200 pending orders currently, which again, is not something I want to hear about. I am a customer and the only order that I am interested in, is MINE. I am very disappointed with the service this company has offered, or lack there of. I just tried calling the plant manager, Sam, who I emailed after my phone conversation several days ago. He has not responded to my e-mail and was not available to speak to me on the phone. Again, the rep who answered the phone told me that they are "very busy." Too busy to resolved a current, paying customer's order in a timely manner?
This has been the WORST customer service I have ever experienced."
"Ordered 25 name tags, sent numerous emails, called repeatedly and, am still stuck with name tags I can not use because the Company Name is wrong! I started this process almost a month ago and needed the name tags for an event right after Thanksgiving. There has to be a better choice than this operation."
